Responsibilities

  • Support Product Success and Product Solutions teams in daily activities related to product adoption, customer use cases, and solution implementation.
  • You'll join customer-facing calls during the sales cycle, support technical onboarding of new clients, contribute to implementation guides, and gain firsthand understanding of how we deliver value from first conversation through go-live.
  • You'll analyze pipeline data, help prepare regional alignment materials, track product performance metrics, and support go-to-market execution.
  • You'll research customer needs, contribute to roadmap discussions, coordinate with engineering and design, and monitor product metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collect and structure feedback from sales teams, regions, and customers to support improvements in product and solution delivery.
  • Prepare internal materials such as product documentation, enablement guides, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services to understand how products are positioned, sold, and used.
  • Learn Infobip products end to end and explore different technical and business-oriented roles to identify long-term career fit.
  • What makes you a strong fit:
  • Student in a technical, business, or related field (technical university is a plus, not a must), available full-time.
  • Comfortable with technology and curious about how tech products work, with openness toward technical topics.
  • Strong interest in products, customers, and business impact.
  • Strong analytical thinking - comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions from it.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences (and vice versa).
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and open to exploring different career paths during the internship.
  • Interest in cloud communications, email technology, or CPaaS products is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • You are available to start with internship on July 6th, 2026.
  • You hold valid student rights from "Studentski Centar" throughout the entire internship period (6 months).
  • Internship timeline:
  • CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During April & May)
  • Recruitment task (home assignments) (During May & June)
  • Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (June)
  • Start of internship program (July 6th)
  • Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (July 6th - 10th)
  • Working with the mentor and within a team (July - January)
  • End of the Internship program (January)
