Partner with Communications Strategy and Producers to shape campaign strategy, messaging hierarchy, asset strategy, and executional approach.
Lead art direction across full-funnel marketing campaigns, including hero assets, key art, social content, paid media, digital, trailers, owned channels, partner assets, and lower-funnel activations.
Use KPIs and audience/channel insights to inform creative strategy, visual emphasis, tone, format, hierarchy, and campaign behavior.
Create polished concept mockups, mood boards, visual references, storyboards, presentation decks, and art direction guidance.
Guide designers, artists, motion creatives, agencies, vendors, and production partners through clear visual direction and actionable feedback.
Manage feedback across complex stakeholder groups while protecting the core strategy, creative idea, brand integrity, and craft bar.
Present creative work with clear rationale, connecting visual decisions to audience needs, campaign goals, Marketing KPIs, brand positioning, and business impact.
Partner with production and operations teams to ensure creative intent carries through execution, versioning, localization, QA, and final delivery.
Required Qualifications
10-15+ years of marketing experience, with significant experience as an Art Director or Senior Art Director in an advertising agency, marketing agency, in-house creative team, or equivalent client-side marketing organization.
Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-level art direction, visual concepting, and integrated marketing work.
Proven ability to translate business objectives, audience insights, Marketing KPIs, and strategic briefs into creative strategy and visual direction.
Excellent visual craft across composition, typography, layout, color, hierarchy, image-making, motion thinking, and visual storytelling.
Experience creating work across digital, social, paid media, video, owned channels, and integrated campaign ecosystems.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, creative process, and full-funnel marketing needs.
Clear communication, presentation, and rationale-building skills with the ability to gain stakeholder alignment.
