Job Description Provide Technical Expertise in supporting and developing the ICT Infrastructure/Lead the implementation of systems and intiatives that help deliver ICT business solutions/Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure projects and related work streams, ensuring they are delivered on time/Resolve complex faults which cannot be resolved by ICT technical level 2 engineers/Delivering improvement projects within the technology roadmap/Lifecycle management of severs, networks,security,storage and disaster recovery/Recognize and report system deficiencies and implement effective solutions/Responsible for indentifying and reporting security vulnerabilities and technical risks and recommend and implement risk migration/Create and maintain technical documentation to help the team/Contribute to the ICT knowledgebase ensuring continous delivery of technical excellence
