Job's mission The intern will support the planning and execution of Design of Experiments (DOEs) aimed at improving the material properties of key PECVD films. What you will be working on The intern will run baseline deposition recipes and assist senior process engineers in optimizing PECVD processes to enhance film quality, and productivity like defectivity, and film non uniformity. The role involves hands on work in the cleanroom using state of the art deposition equipment and characterization tools. The intern will develop DOE plans and execute experiments under the supervision of ASM process engineers. Experimental results will be analyzed using in house metrology and characterization tools such as VASE ellipsometry, SP5, EDX, Hg probe, FTIR, AFM, XRR, and nano indentation.
