Managing the entire implementation cycle of interfaces, web services, and industry‐standard APIs (such as FHIR), including analysis, design, specification, implementation, go‐live, and support.
Working closely with application teams, subject matter experts, and third‐party application experts to determine business needs, document requirements, and configure interfaces per the requirements.
Partnering with these groups to diagnose and resolve interface‐related issues and supporting ongoing application projects as needed.
Reviewing, triaging, and resolving day‐to‐day interface errors, including coordinating with technical teams, application teams, and third‐party system representatives as necessary.
Identifying and escalating risks associated with technical project tasks and third‐party systems.
Coordinating interface‐specific tasks and activities like testing, build, cutover planning, and go‐live by engaging subject matter experts, vendors, server and networking teams, Epic Client System Administrators, and interface engine developers.
Working with interface engine developers to develop data‐translation strategies to support the needs of Epic and your third‐party systems.
Providing proactive support by monitoring live interfaces and collaborating with experts to resolve issues.
