The screen-out element for this position is: Ability to do the work of a Printing Plant Worker (Custodial Worker) without more than normal supervision which includes the ability to: Use a variety of cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Follow directions, work with others, work under pressure and meet deadlines Perform industrial cleaning in maintaining restrooms, offices, storerooms, corridors, stairways and other assigned areas. Sweep, dry mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors Use brooms, mops, lightweight vacuum cleaners and lightweight floor scrubbers and buffers. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
