Job Description: Digital Sales Lead Hybrid - once every two weeks on site at Angel Court, EC2R 7HJ Permanent Salary - £99,000 + excellent benefits 37.5 hours per week We make health happen. Role Overview Our Digital Sales Lead is a crucial role within our Digital and Data team to own, drive and deliver our sales growth strategy. You'll help us make health happen by: Analysing sales performance metrics and base performance to drive sales processes and improve sales outcomes. Owning sales forecasting and management of B2B base - work with Data teams to develop forecasting tools that enable delivery of targets, drive efficiency and improve the customer experience. Developing critical insight into how we build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their experience and encourage repeat business. Work closely with digital marketing teams to develop acquisition strategies to grow our direct-to-consumer business. Driving roadmaps and actions across stakeholders to deliver on sales growth strategy and maximise opportunities. Owning trading rhythms and updates with senior stakeholders, ensuring a clear view of performance challenges and opportunities along with supporting key actions required to maximise potential performance. Understanding and utilising data insights to analyse the customer journey to uncover, test, prioritise, and deliver growth plans. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Strong experience in CRM, Digital marketing, Data and Analytics or customer base management. Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management across large customer bases and new acquisition strategies. Strong skills in interpreting data to drive insights and improve sales performance. Proven stakeholder management experience and strong communicator who is able to drive stakeholders to deliver against sales goals. Strong strategic thinker who is able to shape the growth strategy and future sales initiatives. Extensive experience in measuring and optimising customer lifecycles, utilising multiple channels and teams to drive performance.
