Communicate safety expectations to drivers to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
Monitor and track freight shipments to confirm timely deliveries.

Requirements
Associate's Degree preferred but not required.
Relevant experience in sales or management within the transportation industry.
Demonstrated track record of achievement and success, with the ability to lead by example.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
