Jr. Production Worker / Technician

About the role

Job Summary The Jr. Production Worker / Technician is responsible for supporting the assembly and testing of products in a manufacturing environment. This role performs basic tasks under supervision and contributes to maintaining production quality and efficiency. This job profile is intended for entry-level support staff who follow specific instructions and procedures, with supervision provided for non-routine situations. Tasks can be carried out after basic training or demonstration. This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembling and testing products.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
• Report defects and support troubleshooting.
• Maintain tools and workstations.
• Document production activities.
• Learn and apply production techniques.

Requirements

• May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and the ability to carry out assigned tasks after initial instruction or demonstration.
• Basic technical and mechanical skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and safety awareness.
