The Data Centre Dispatch SOC Supervisor (SS) is responsible for the efficient delivery of daily SOC operations, enhancing the overall service and customer experience by effectively managing a small team of security operators. The SS will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative culture, collaborating with colleagues, management, clients and other vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services. The SS verifies compliance with policies and procedures, tracks audit readiness and provides direction to all SOC personnel, ensuring client requirements are met or exceeded. Must be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Must hold a valid PSA security licence. Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private). Previous experience in leading a team. High level of interpersonal skills. Very good command of English language, both spoken and written. Very good understanding of GDPR roles and responsibilities. High school or higher form of education graduate. Educational exceptions may be considered based on professional experience. Robust IT skills. Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual and stressful circumstances. Excellent customer service and service delivery orientation. Able to easily and effectively interact at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
