Responsibilities

  • Coordinate key League planning processes for International including the long-range plan, annual business plan, and ownership materials; support timeline management, stakeholder input, deliverable development, and review cycles to help produce clear, polished outputs.
  • Contribute to strategic and financial analysis for international game-related initiatives, including existing international games, future international game opportunities, and related League priorities.
  • Enable cross-functional alignment across internal teams, clubs, and external stakeholders, helping bring together the right partners to align on financial and business-related considerations across the International games portfolio.
  • Research and develop white space growth opportunities across the international games portfolio by gathering insights, supporting new concept development, and working with cross-functional teams to assess potential paths to execution.
  • Maintain and update the League's overall stadium development toolkit and drive continued growth of resources for clubs. Track past stadium renovations and builds, emerging trends, League policies and guidance, and other relevant information to support club planning and League decision-making.
  • Assist with club stadium development planning by helping coordinate cross-functional input, organizing relevant League guidance, and facilitate alignment across stakeholders.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years strategy and/or market research and insights experience, preferably with a management consulting or sports/events background
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver against deadlines while simultaneously managing multiple projects
  • Strong abilities in presentation design (requires proficiency in PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Requirements

  • Experience working in an international role at a sports management organization
  • Proven success in consulting, sports management, and/or international business

  • Adept communicator with the ability to create, nurture, and sustain key relationships across many different areas of businesses (with various time zones and cultural nuances)

Serving as a valued partner across workstreams, the role translates priorities into organized processes, aligned next steps, and actionable plans across internal teams, clubs, and external stakeholders. This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL's third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.
