Undergraduate degree required with a minimum of 7 years work experience in a Treasury or Operations Role
Knowledge of treasury systems (i.e. Kyriba or other banking platforms) is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Visio
Proactively addresses issues that may impact outcome of initiatives
Prior experience implementing financial controls in compliance with SOX a strong plus
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities
Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve key issues
Positive attitude even when faced with difficult obstacles, issues or challenges

This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
Base Salary Range
$120,000 - $160,000 USD

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) will support a wide range of Treasury functions for the insurance business. The successful AVP must manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment for multiple legal entities while supporting initiatives to enhance the existing functions to meet the rapidly changing needs of the business.
Lead and develop a team dedicated to ensuring accuracy of cash data across 2,000+ bank accounts
Ensure cash data is complete and accurate for Financial reporting
Oversee the completion and documentation of key SOX controls
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors
Maintain documented procedures for the team's core functions
Approve internal fundings and external payments to third parties
Participate in company-wide initiatives/projects to improve processes and infrastructure including workflow automation, liquidity reporting, and variance analysis
Prepare and present materials to Senior Management
