Construction R&D Porductivity Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development into new construction materials, methods, and technologies.
• Implement Lean Construction practices to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
• Drive adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD).
• Collect and analyze productivity data, benchmark performance, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are welcome; prior internship or project experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with BIM, Lean Construction, and digital project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
