Qualifications and Educational Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, learning and development, or organizational development. - Demonstrated experience delivering training programs to diverse employee groups. - Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills. - Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies. - Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies preferred. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
