Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the Corporate Reporting Calendar, coordinating timelines across global business units, accounting, and tax to ensure a synchronized close
  • Standardize reporting templates and submission protocols to ensure one version of the truth across the enterprise
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Controllership and FP&A teams to reconcile management reporting with statutory filings
  • Aggregate inputs from multiple P&L owners into a consolidated corporate view, ensuring all intercompany eliminations and corporate adjustments are accurately reflected
  • Perform high-level integrity checks on consolidated data to identify anomalies before results reach the CFO
  • Manage the Bridge analysis, explaining the drivers of variance between Actuals, Budgets, and prior Forecasts at an enterprise level
  • Lead the assembly of the Monthly Executive Reporting Package and Board of Directors presentations
  • Synthesize qualitative commentary from various departments into a concise summary of business performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner with Investor Relations to provide data and context for earnings call preparation and external guidance
  • Evaluate the current reporting workflow to identify bottlenecks and implement lean finance practices to shorten the reporting cycle; define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the consolidation process to ensure business continuity and scalability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate FP&A, with a heavy emphasis on multi-entity consolidation and management reporting
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workflows under tight deadlines
  • Take vast amounts of data and extract the most important takeaways for an executive audience
  • A "perfectionist" approach to data-ensuring that every total, sub-total, and footnote ties out perfectly across all decks
  • Exceptional written communication skills for drafting executive summaries and board-level commentary
