Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead annual budget modeling and periodic reforecasting with monthly MD&A, highlighting key performance drivers, trends, and areas of concern. Work closely with the department executives and others to develop and oversee the annual budget.
Must challenge the budget and forecasted amounts provided by the department executives.
Financial & Business KPIs: Develop and manage key financial metrics to provide real-time insights into business performance.
Financial Reporting: Support the CFO in leading the production of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports to internal and external stakeholders. Highlight trends, key actions and strategic implications.
Strategic Financial Leadership: Function as a critical voice in investment and business discussions, introducing quantitative rigor to qualitative assessments. Build relationships to ensure Finance is well informed and has a strong voice in the organization.
Collaborate: Work closely with the Accounting and treasury team to exchange and to incorporate any business updates.
FP&A Organizational Transformation: Support an ongoing organizational transformation to strengthen the overall finance function by upgrading talent, streamlining roles and responsibilities, and representing FP&A needs in ongoing systems implementations (as necessary).
Team Leadership: Lead the FP&A team, including staff recruitment, development and performance management. Identify, develop and retain talent to support business growth.
Ad Hoc Duties: Undertake ad hoc requests as agreed with the CFO.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
A minimum of 15 years of strong FP&A experience with a demonstrated history of increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.
The candidate should also present with the following capabilities:
Working knowledge of US GAAP is a must.
Experience in manufacturing industry is a must. Semiconductor industry experience will be preferred.
Ability to provide both financial and strategic guidance.
Experience working in a PE environment.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
Supervisory experience over direct and indirect reports
Ability to partner with key executives.
Clear, confident communicator (oral and written) comfortable presenting to senior executives and PE stakeholders.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Hands on knowledge and experience with BI Tools (Power Bi, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)

Benefits
Salary : The estimated base salary range for the position is $185,000-$220,000. The Director of FP&A will be a critical partner to the executives of the Company, enabling insights that drive operational and financial improvement. Additionally, the Director of FP&A will aid as needed with integrating reporting, budgeting and analysis into a precise reporting platform. This leadership position will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide prompt, accurate reporting and business insights. This position will report to the CFO.
