Position Summary
The Personal Trainer provides members with customized fitness programs while educating them on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training and attaining a healthier lifestyle.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains client base, instructs small group training or one-on-one training.
Educates members of current health and fitness issues and trends.
Executes individual fitness program design, demonstrates and teaches exercises while providing feedback on technique.
Greets and makes members/guests feel welcomed as they enter and exit the facility. Treats all members and guests with respect.
Ensures safety of guests/members and takes preventative actions to decrease risk.
Performs other duties as assigned.
