Prepare, edit, and distribute memorandums, business correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, forms, charts, and other official documents using standard office software applications. Manage office communications by answering and directing telephone calls, monitoring email correspondence, responding to inquiries, and distributing information to appropriate personnel. Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems, records, databases, and correspondence in accordance with established agency procedures and records retention requirements. Participate in special projects, committees, training programs, and other assignments as directed while promoting a professional work environment that supports the agency's mission and organizational goals.
