What you can look forward to in this role Actively work with and support the sales teams to reach their targets/ through clear commercial processes, including facilitating pipeline processes with the sales team to help drive growth Facilitate performance reviews with country/regional managers Drive implementation & effective sales tools (CRM & PowerBI) usage Find opportunities for improvement in commercial processes Develop win/loss analyses and use takeaways to craft recommendations to new business opportunities Support Global ComEx team with the definition and standardization of the commercial processes and with in-country insights to improve understanding & decision making Lead ad-hoc strategic commercial projects with impact across EMEA What does it take to become our new team member? Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Econometrics / Data Science or any data heavy field Experience in Sales Excellence/Commercial Excellence, Strategic Consulting & Organizational change is a significant differentiator High level of Microsoft office skills especially PPT, Excel (Large data set analysis), Experience and capabilities in CPQ, Power BI, CRM would be a plus Willing to travel when required Able to communicate in a clear and consistent way - both verbally and in writing in English, Spanish and French.
