Required: Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, digital design, or closely related field with 5 years of experience in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, journalism, digital design, or some combination (as demonstrated by coursework or professional experience).
Consideration may be given to candidates with a Master's degree in business, marketing or related field and/or with experience in:
Scaling strategies in an entrepreneurial setting.
Scaling strategies in higher education.
Faith and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Graphic design.
Developing platforms to expand new programs or events.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent written / oral presentation.
Organization skills and attention to details.
Ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends.
Ability to travel.

The role ensures consistent and impactful messaging, supports fundraising and alumni engagement, and facilitates ecosystem growth. This position reports to the Director of the L.I.F.E. Center, with a dotted line to the Farmer School of Business Director of Marketing and Communications.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead external communications and messaging to alumni, donors, partners, and global collaborators.
Execute the Center's marketing and communications strategy.
Assist with the translation of research and teaching efforts into public-facing communications.
Oversee engagement with Miami alumni, major donors, and international ecosystem partners.
Design and manage digital platforms to support collaboration and shared learning.
Develop and distribute content, tools, and resources that support the faith and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
