Pay Range $84,200.00-$115,800.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus. The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day‑to‑day activities of an hourly, unionized production team assigned to a single product line. This role ensures that manufacturing operations run in accordance with established production specifications and schedules while meeting volume, cost, waste, and quality targets. The supervisor is accountable for employee safety, training, and effective coordination with other departments to support production objectives. This position operates on a DuPont Schedule, 28‑day rotating shift pattern designed to provide 24/7 operational coverage using 12‑hour shifts. The schedule includes a rotating mix of day and night shifts and offers consistent time off.
