Job Description Summary The Vice President, Wealth Management Technology is a senior technology leader responsible for the strategy, architecture, roadmap, and delivery of Wealth Management technology platforms supporting Financial Advisors, Branch Associates, and Home Office users. This role leads the development and modernization of advisor first, scalable, and regulatory compliant platforms across core Wealth Management capabilities, including Product Catalog, Portfolio Management, Proposal Generation, Rebalancing, Client Reporting, Goal / Financial Planning, and External Account Aggregation. The position works closely with Product Management, Architecture, Data, AI, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business partners, serving as a trusted technology leader to drive business outcomes, platform modernization, and delivery excellence. Ideal candidates will have progressed organically from hands on application development into architecture and/or engineering leadership roles, while remaining closely connected to code, system design, and business context, with a strong ownership mindset and a continuous improvement orientation. Job Description This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds - flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 2-3 per week averaging 10-12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.
