Min of two years of experience in either medical office setting or in the health insurance industry strongly preferred.
Experience with multi-line phone system preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle pressure situations while maintaining tact and diplomacy.
Ability to work independently yet operate as an integral part of a team.
Working knowledge of computers and basic software programs.
Pay Range:
$18.70 - $26.17

Join Vancouver Clinic as a full-time Patient Service Specialist, providing excellent customer service over the telephone in a call center environment. In this role, you will schedule appointments for clinicians and ancillary services across all areas of the clinic, manage rescheduling needs due to provider changes and waitlists, perform initial phone triage following established protocols, verify and update patient demographic information, gather all necessary details prior to appointments, and provide clear directions to patients as needed.
Location: The Vancouver Innovation Center (18110 SE 34th Street - Vancouver, WA 98683)*
Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week): Monday through Friday, 9:00a-5:30p ( will transition to schedule after successful completion of training scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p ) :: NO late nights! NO weekends!
