This role is a hybrid position . The selected candidate is expected to work on-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week , with the remaining days worked remotely. Specific in-office days may be designated based on team needs and business priorities.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$102,800 - $171,300

Position Overview
The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) serves as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, driving financial planning, analysis, and performance insights across the Radiation Joint-Venture business within Practice Management. This role is responsible for owning core financial activities-including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and reporting-while delivering actionable insights that support decision-making and drive business performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical expertise with the ability to communicate clearly to senior leadership, influence cross-functional partners, and continuously improve processes and reporting.
