Order Management Specialist, Finnish Speaker

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality and efficient order management activities to ensure smooth production, delivery, and billing processes
• Enable accurate and timely booking, processing, and confirmation of orders
• Support the implementation of effective and efficient order management practices
• Check orders for feasibility and completeness, ensuring appropriate order flow in compliance with organizational policies and service offerings
• Carry out related processes such as Materials & Package Material master data
• Ensure troubleshooting in order processes
• Support internal projects and actively participate in the implementation of future practices
• Support continuous improvement of work processes
• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to accomplish efficient order management processes

Requirements

• You have a bachelor's degree
• You have business experience in customer service or order processing
• You coordinate and communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders
• You are a team-oriented person and good networker
• You provide a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• You have an interest in working in international teams and collaborating with multiple teams
• You have proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish ; other European languages will also be considered as beneficial
