Business Overview The Technology Resiliency Specialist is responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of Fidelity Canada's technology resilience capabilities, including disaster recovery, cyber recovery, and the Isolated Recovery Environment (IRE). The role ensures that critical systems and platforms can be recovered securely and within defined recovery objectives in the event of major incidents. This position combines deep infrastructure expertise with cross-functional coordination, vendor oversight, and recovery orchestration. The role works closely with Infrastructure, Cyber & Resilience Office, Architecture, and application teams to strengthen recovery capabilities and support enterprise resilience.
