DfMA BIM Modeller - Prefab MEP

Responsibilities

• 🔹 BIM Model Development, Coordination & Data Management
• Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools.
• Integrate prefabrication needs, perform clash detection, and resolve conflicts early.
• Update BIM models based on design changes and site feedback.
• Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and shop drawings for MEP prefabrication.
• Standardize BIM libraries and processes for efficient project delivery.
• 🔹 Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide technical support for resolving BIM-related issues.
• Work with teams to optimize models for fabrication and ensure smooth workflows.
• 🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Generate progress reports and provide updates on model status and coordination.
• Qualifications & Experience
• ✔ NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields.
• ✔ BIM software proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
• ✔ Knowledge of MEP systems is preferred.
• ✔Familiarity with structural and architectural coordination is a plus.
• ✔ BCSS certification is preferred.
• ✔ Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Skills & Tools
• ✅Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• ✅ Strong understanding of prefabrication and modular MEP systems.
• ✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• ✅ Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
