Technical Project Leader(TPL) in Architecture and Network Solutions (Light Solutions) - AUMOVIO Korea

Responsibilities

• Technical Project Management: Lead and manage technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project goals, including deliverables, schedules, and quality standards.
• Project Planning and Control: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans in accordance with company procedures.
• Control and monitor project budget and resource allocation.
• Establish effective project organization, including meeting structures, information/knowledge exchange, documentation, and archiving processes.
• Team Leadership: Lead project team members functionally, providing clear direction and support.
• Assign work packages to respective project team members, ensuring accountability and progress.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the global R&D team and other relevant stakeholders.
• Negotiate engineering changes and communicate effectively with customers.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Risk Management and Reporting: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Report overall project status to senior management and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure transparency and regular communication regarding project progress and challenges.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Implement and maintain project documentation, ensuring thorough archiving for future reference.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in a related industry
• Strong Leadership and team management skills
