Requirements

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Supports assessment, development and implementation of training and development programs for Community Partners including hospitals, assisted living facilities (ALFs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), physicians, and community organizations.
  • Conducts train the trainer sessions to ensure successes of training and development initiatives.
  • Performs electronic administration for all training programs including scheduling, publicizing, tracking of attendance, reporting on required training programs and preparation of materials.
  • Obtains CME and/or CE accreditation for new educational programs.
  • Develops new curriculum based on market needs analysis.
  • Works with Sales & Marketing to support strategic initiatives through education and community advocacy.
  • Implements educational programs and care standards that comply with the Organization's policies, procedures, and all requirements from regulatory and accrediting agencies.
  • Implements communication and marketing strategies to support the training program.
  • Serves as an educational consultant to task forces, committees, and projects relating to policy, procedure and program development.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Compensation Pay Range:
  • $67,976.53 - $106,213.33
  • This position requires consent to drug and/or alcohol testing after a conditional offer of employment is made, as well as on-going compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
  • All Chapters Health System employees performing services for Florida affiliates are submitted through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse to verify eligibility after a conditional offer of employment is made
