Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of legal strategies with business objectives. Provide strategic legal advice on business initiatives. Develop training and compliance programs for employees related to industry regulations and best practices. Oversee compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements from agencies such as the FERC and state public utility commissions.
