Sheet Metal CAD/CAM Programming Specialist

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and applied manufacturing mathematics.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, models, and fabrication documents.
• Understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes, tooling, bend deductions, quality standards, and production methods.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks thoroughly and accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude and engineering-related experience are highly valued.

CNC CAD/CAM Programmer Location: Newport News, VA Duration: Full-Time, Contract to Hire Shift Schedule: 1st shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST) Pay Rate: Starts at $25.00/Hour and may be higher depending on experience.
