We are seeking a highly relationship-driven Medical Affairs & Education Manager to serve as a key bridge between healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Clinical Affairs, and internal cross-functional teams within our Surgical Care business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in scientific exchange, enjoys building long-term partnerships with leading thoracic and cardiac surgeons, and is energized by representing a company at major scientific events and congresses. The position requires a strong understanding of scientific and clinical language, excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to engage highly specialized healthcare professionals in meaningful conversations around patient outcomes and quality improvement initiatives. Salary starting at $140K plus bonus What You'll Do- Medical Affairs & Education Manager, Surgical KOL & Scientific Engagement Build and maintain strategic relationships with thoracic and cardiac surgery KOLs across the U.S. and Canada Engage surgeons and healthcare professionals as speakers, advisors, and scientific collaborators Serve as a liaison between Clinical Affairs and external experts to facilitate scientific exchange and insight gathering Develop long-term partnerships with professional societies and healthcare stakeholders Support awareness initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes through chest drainage management Scientific Communication & Education Deliver evidence-based medical and scientific education through presentations, webinars, roundtables, interviews, and scientific events Organize and lead scientific symposia and educational programs, including participation in major congresses such as AATS and STS Prepare scientific moderation materials, event agendas, and educational strategies aligned with organizational goals Summarize and communicate key scientific insights and congress learnings to internal stakeholders Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, and Global Medical Affairs teams while maintaining strict compliance boundaries between Medical Affairs and Sales Medical & Clinical Support Respond to scientific inquiries with accurate, compliant, and timely medical information Support quality improvement initiatives and help define clinical and scientific endpoints Assist with scientific literature reviews, publications, and medical writing activities Partner with Clinical Affairs on investigator-initiated studies and research-related requests Maintain awareness of evolving clinical evidence, competitive developments, and emerging scientific trends What We're Looking For- Medical Affairs & Education Manager, Surgical
