Responsible for contributing to the medical affairs strategy for assigned portfolio in alignment with overall therapeutic area objectives
Evaluates trends and therapeutic opportunities in cooperation with research and regional commercial organizations
Implements strategy for scientific interactions with the medical community including key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groupsSupports coordination of investigator led studies and research collaborations
Serves as scientific consultant to marketing, commercial and research project teams, providing input into promotional and educational materials for relevant therapeutic areas
Requirements
Advanced degree in science (PhD, PharmD)
10+ years' relevant pharmaceutical/ biotherapeutics industry experience
Sound experience interacting with commercial functions within the healthcare industry
Knowledge of Transplant and Immunology

Could you be our next Associate Director, Medical Affairs (Transplant and Immunology)? The job is in our King of Prussia, PA or Waltham, MA Office. This is a hybrid position and is onsite three days a week. You will report to the Senior Director, Medical Affairs, Transplant & Immunology.
You will contribute to the development of medical strategy for assigned inline products in Transplant & Immunology and drive the execution of Medical Affairs plans across the post-launch product lifecycle. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional partners and engaging effectively with external thought leaders, the role helps drive medical and scientific communication, support evidence generation, advance clinical understanding, and strengthen scientific engagement in global markets (US and International). This position requires strong expertise in Medical Affairs, a solid understanding of global standards and practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and affiliate teams.
