Recovery Coordinator

About the role

We are currently seeking to appoint a Recovery Worker to provide holistic, person-centred support to adult service users entering the service. The postholder will coordinate treatment pathways, including assessment, coordination of clinical treatment, psychosocial interventions, and multi-agency working, to support individuals in achieving sustainable recovery. Working under the direction of the Team Leader, the Recovery Worker will be an integral member of a dynamic, multi-agency team, contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality recovery-focused services. Our friendly, recovery-focused team provides support to adults affected by drug and alcohol use. We work alongside service users to help them develop new skills, access training and volunteering opportunities, and, when ready, move towards employment. A wide range of activities are available to help individuals stay active, build confidence, and maintain their recovery.
