PMO - Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a heavy-hitting Senior Project Manager / PMO to orchestrate our operational delivery and bridge the gap between strategy and execution. This is a pivotal role where you will manage the executive team's task flow, streamline cross-departmental communication, and build a world-class delivery engine for our Tech and Creative teams. 🧩 What you'll do Executive Delivery Management: Manage the executive team's task backlog, ensuring every initiative is prioritized according to the company's strategic goals; Tech & Creative Synergy: Design, implement, and maintain efficient workflows for Technical and Creative departments. Your goal is to standardize delivery and eliminate bottlenecks; Strategic Reporting: Organize high-level meetings, prepare progress reports for founders, and ensure transparency across all key milestones; Cross-departmental Orchestration: Act as the central nervous system of the company, ensuring seamless communication between Product, Art, Tech, and Marketing; Process Optimization: Audit existing processes and implement best practices to improve overall operational efficiency. 🧠 What you bring Experience: Minimum 5 years in Project Management , with at least 3 years specifically in the iGaming industry in a PMO or Senior PM role; Methodology Expert: Deep practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban .
