Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the day-to-day management of assigned client accounts, acting as a key contact for clients and specialist teams

- Manage campaign billing processes, ensuring campaign bookings, purchase orders, approved budgets are accurately aligned and processed in a timely manner
- Contribute to case studies, award submissions and agency thought leadership initiatives
- Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a client service, media role, preferably within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of Irish media and digital and offline campaign planning principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging directly with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign results, identify key insights and develop informed recommendations
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong financial and administrative accuracy, particularly in relation to campaign budgets, purchase orders, bookings and billing processes
- Experience using agency planning, booking and financial systems (e.g. MX) is preferred
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
