Reporting to the Manager , the Technical QA Automation Engineer will work closely with development engineering and product development teams to understand the performance and other non-functional requirements on projects. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, approachable, dependable, and reliable with good business sense and judgment. This position requires a self-starter with the ability to manage & prioritize multiple concurrent automation and performance testing projects. Responsibilities & Deliverables: BE / BTech in Computer Science, Electronics, or related engineering discipline. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance. Good working knowledge of Java or Python or JavaScript (any one). Proficient in at least one test automation framework - Selenium/Playwright/Cucumber. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases. Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum development environments Good to Have: Banking or Financial Services domain experience. Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure). Exposure to AI-assisted or agentic testing tools and modern QA automation approaches.
