- Comfortable with hardware: setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining a clean inventory

Your Role: We are looking for an IT Ops Lead (m/f/d) to own the internal IT infrastructure and support function at Voyfai. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role: you will be the person who keeps everything running, from Microsoft 365 and hardware to domain management and IT policies across our growing group of companies. You will report directly to Jonas, our CTO and be the single point of ownership for IT operations. In the next 12 to 24 months, as the company scales, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a small team.
