Position Summary: The Drop Ship Specialist will play a crucial role in the growth of eCommerce business as we look to expand our offering. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Order Processing: Efficiently monitor and manage drop ship orders to ensure timely fulfillment. Communicate with suppliers to confirm product availability, shipping details, and lead times. Inventory Management: Monitor and track inventory levels for drop ship products. Collaborate with suppliers to address any discrepancies or issues with stock levels. Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between the warehouse, suppliers, and other relevant departments. Provide clear and timely status updates of onboarding new vendors and products. Product Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure accurate product information, including images and copy. Manage the process of turning drop ship products online, ensuring they have the correct content. Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately input data related to drop ship orders into our systems. Generate regular reports on drop ship performance and key metrics. Qualifications and Skills Required: Prior experience in e-commerce, drop shipping, merchandising, or logistics is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day. Variable desk heights are offered so alternatively sitting and/or standing at the desk is optional. Flexibility to work extended and varying hours as needed.
