Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Data Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in data architecture, data management, or analytics within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale data and analytics initiatives.
Experience with Clinical Development and R&D data domains.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of modern data architectures, including data lakehouse, data mesh, and medallion patterns.
Hands-on experience with Databricks and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Familiarity with MDM/RDM platforms (e.g., Reltio) and data governance/catalog tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra).
Knowledge of data quality frameworks, metadata management, and lineage.
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
Understanding of GxP and regulatory requirements in the life sciences industry.

This role will partner closely with the Senior Director to translate strategic vision into execution, ensuring the delivery of trusted, governed, and scalable data products that support critical R&D and enterprise decision-making.
The Associate Director, Enterprise Information Architecture will play a key role in shaping and executing data architecture initiatives across Clinical Operations, Safety, Regulatory, and other Enterprise domains. This position will focus on operationalizing architecture standards, supporting major data programs, and advancing Master Data Management (MDM), Reference Data Management (RDM), Data Quality (DQ), and governance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in modern data platforms and life sciences R&D processes.
This role has hybrid work pattern, 3 days per week from our Warsaw office with 2 days remote.
