Program Manager - Payments & Fraud Technology (PMO)

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-phase implementation programs (POC to rollout) ensuring adherence to SDLC and Agile delivery .
• Act as the primary client-facing lead , managing communication, governance, and reporting.
• Drive program governance : scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery cadence.
• Manage cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee UAT planning & execution , defect tracking, and business sign-offs.
• Ensure compliance with banking, security, and regulatory standards .
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor performance.
• Domain & Tools
• Strong experience in payments & financial crime systems .
• Hands-on exposure to fraud tools such as: Featurespace, SAS Fraud, FICO Falcon, NICE Actimize, Feedzai, ACI Fraud

Requirements

• 5-7 years in Program/PMO roles within banking/ fintech/ payments.
• Experience of SDLC, PMP concepts, and implementation delivery .
• Proven experience in vendor management & stakeholder engagement .
