About the role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Sr Learning and Development Specialist to drive capability-building across the business through high-impact learning experiences. This individual will report to the Sr Manager of the Global Learning Development Center of Excellence. This role serves as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, business leaders , and employees translating business priorities, skill gaps, and growth objectives into targeted learning strategies and programs. The Learning Partner owns the end-to-end lifecycle of learning solutions -from needs analysis and design through delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement. The scope of the role is to deliver the learning plan that solutions for our India 6sensers that aligns with India business needs and the global L&D strategy, as well as lead globally scaled programs for the enterprise as part of the global L&D Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in instructional design and facilitation , with the ability to create scalable, engaging learning experiences that drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Business Partnership & Needs Analysis
  • Partner regularly with HRBPs and business leaders to understand strategic priorities, team performance needs, and capability gaps
  • Conduct structured learning needs analyses and translate insights into actionable learning plans
  • Serve as a consultative learning expert , advising stakeholders on the right mix of solutions (ILT, eLearning, blended, experiential)
  • Maintain an ongoing understanding of business goals, operating rhythms, and evolving skill requirements
  • Learning Strategy & Program Design
  • Design and develop scalable learning programs aligned to critical capability areas (e.g., onboarding, manager effectiveness, functional skills, AI fluency)
  • Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE or equivalent) to create effective, learner-centered experiences
  • Build structured learning journeys and pathways that support skill development over time
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate content into engaging learning experiences
  • Facilitation & Delivery
  • Facilitate high-impact instructor-led sessions (virtual and in-person) across a range of audiences, including managers and leadership teams
  • Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that drives participation and retention
  • Deliver both core programs and customized sessions for specific teams or functions
  • Continuously refine facilitation approach based on audience feedback and outcomes
  • Digital Learning & Content Development
  • Design and develop digital learning experiences using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and other learning tools
  • Create high-quality, interactive eLearning modules, resources, and toolkits
  • Ensure content is scalable, accessible, and aligned to modern learning best practices
  • Curate and integrate internal and external learning content where appropriate
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data, feedback, and performance indicators
  • Analyze learning data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Iterate on content, delivery, and approach to increase impact and business relevance
  • Communicate outcomes and insights to stakeholders to demonstrate value
  • Program Management
  • Own end-to-end execution of learning initiatives-from concept through launch and sustainment
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple concurrent programs
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and a consistent learner experience across all offerings
  • Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder partnership skills , with the ability to influence and align across all levels of the organization
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and program development
  • Exceptional facilitation skills , with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to design and deliver both instructor-led and digital learning experiences
  • Strong project and program management capabilities
