Manage end‑to‑end research projects, from learning agenda development and methodology selection to analysis and executive‑level reporting
Oversee external research agency projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables align with business objectives
Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, including surveys, in‑depth interviews, focus groups, and stakeholder research
Partner closely with regional and channel marketing owners and content teams to translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations that drive messaging and activation decisions
Synthesize insights on brand health, reputation, advertising campaign and creative performance, and audience behaviors, delivering concise executive briefings and presentations
Collaborate with channel marketing owners on marketing performance reporting and social and media listening analyses
Monitor and evaluate emerging research methodologies and technologies, including AI‑enabled analysis, synthetic data, and advanced modeling, to deepen understanding of Blackstone's audiences
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in social sciences, marketing, analytics, or a related field a plus
3+ years of relevant experience in marketing research, insights, or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in mixed‑methods research, with hands‑on experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Experience working with and managing external research vendors across complex, multi‑workstream projects
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with experience researching findings to marketing and business implications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with AI-based tools, survey platforms and analytical tools a plus
Experience conducting research in or for financial services, investment organizations, or other B2B marketing environments is a plus
