Under the supervision of the Athletics and Activities Manager and building administration, the Interscholastic Athletics Coach organizes and administers the team which he/she coaches. Retired Coaches are hired per BOE Policy 7120 COACHES AND ADVISORS OF HIGH SCHOOL EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES.
Requirements
- Applicants must meet all qualifications below to be considered for the vacancy.
- 45-Day Rule: Due to MSRA regulations, there is a mandatory 45-day waiting period after your retirement date before you can be rehired.
- No education or reference surveys will need to be provided due to being a HCPSS Retiree

- Coaches are hired by recommendations only. If you are selected for the position, your names will be sent to HCPSS Office of Recruitment and Hiring. You will be contacted by the Human Resources office via email from the application system.

- Coaches are hired seasonally and are considered temporary employees. Coaches receive no benefits.
