We've recently launched a major governance and regulatory change programme-so the team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced compliance professional who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex topics. As Compliance Specialist - Governance & Reporting, you'll support the senior specialist and the wider Compliance team in how Compliance communicates risk, issues and priorities to Executive Management and the Board. You'll contribute to an evolving capability-helping strengthen ways of working, raising the quality of insight, and ensuring a clear, consistent and coherent view of Compliance risks, issues and priorities. Role purpose This role supports the effective operation of Compliance governance and Compliance reporting at Swift. You will support the Compliance Committee and help coordinate the quality and consistency of Compliance reporting across Swift for the Committee, Executive Management, Board Committees and the Supervisory Board-bringing together inputs into a single, coherent view of key risks, issues, regulatory priorities and actions. You will also provide support to the broader Compliance team as required, including contributing to cross‑functional initiatives and ad‑hoc priorities. The capability is new and evolving, with core structures already in place. The role focuses on strengthening discipline, clarity and effectiveness, and supporting the continued maturation of governance and reporting over time.
