The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist - Campus will assist the Team Lead in building effective early career plans and evaluate junior candidates to enhance a stronger employer brand across educational communities. The role is responsible for candidate sourcing methodologies, educational institutional relations, recruitment process effectiveness, and the efficient use of applicant tracking systems. The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist - Campus will hire talent and high-potential graduates, having a keen focus on ensuring a diverse pipeline of talent is built across all early career programs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on multiple positions across different business units in a high energy, dynamic environment. Furthermore, Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist - Campus will bring an innovative, creative, proactive, and growth mindset, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating all campus assigned requisitions. This includes ensuring the correct execution of: job description, posting requisitions, application process, screening, interview scheduling, and hiring of students.
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager's interactions, and other recruiting activities.
Manage relationships with key universities career services team, student groups and academic leaders.
Attend career fairs to help promote the MFS brand and pipeline for entry level positions. Facilitate recruiting activities and events on/off campus including interview days and information sessions.
Solicit feedback from students and hiring managers when necessary for process/program improvement.
Assist in other recruiting functions including but not limited to background check activities, employee referral program including reporting and payments, and ordering of new hire supplies.
In partnership with the Campus Coordinator and Team Lead, plan, organize and execute campus program events for both interns and co-ops. This includes, but is not limited to coordination of speakers, materials, and room set-up.
Assist with the planning and execution of the Campus Ambassador Program: creating and actively editing the training materials
May provide work direction to coordinator, HR intern and HR co-op as needed.
Requirements
2-5+ years of recruiting and/or human resources experience. Campus recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. Must possess a high level of detail orientation and organization skills.
Must be able to manage a high volume of work with accuracy and urgency.
Demonostrated commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality, exercise good judgement and a high level of professionalism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with ATS, specifically Workday preferred.
Ability to travel to local career fairs and conferences.

Base Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $101,000.00
This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.
