Job Description Summary: Manager, Human Resources - HR Generalist At The Coca-Cola Company, we're more than a beverage company- we're a globally recognized symbol of moments of refreshment and connection. We're looking for a dedicated Manager, Human Resources - HR Generalist to join our team. We need an HR professional skilled in shaping and energizing the workforce of a multilayered, vibrant organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR practice, with a talent for crafting people strategies and guiding organizational development that supports our business's culture and strategy. What You'll Do for Us: Partner with leadership to integrate HR strategy into the fabric of our business operations. Support talent acquisition partners and management to ensure alignment with business objectives. Execute organizational design, development, and transformation initiatives through effective change management and stakeholder engagement. Advise leaders on employee development and performance management practices that build capability and drive results. Manage associate employee relations concerns, drive a culture of engagement, and transparent communication. Facilitate the communication and administration of total rewards programs by helping associates understand benefits, compensation, and available perks. Serves as the designated back‑up to the Payroll Specialist, ensuring continuity and accuracy of payroll processing as needed. Requirements & Qualifications: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands‑on HR generalist experience, thriving in a fast‑moving, complex, and matrixed organization. Strong working knowledge of HR laws and policies, with the ability to apply practices in accordance with applicable laws and policies within a large, globally operating organization. Strong influential skills, with a history of shaping company culture and driving substantial business outcomes through people strategy. Adept at managing a multitude of HR functions, from talent management to employee relations. Exceptional communication abilities with a focus on fostering a cohesive, collaborative environment.
