Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Own the full stack : React, Django, PostgreSQL. You build it, you ship it, you scale it.
• Design and scale : Backend APIs, data models, and infra that won't break when usage 100x's overnight.
• Frontend craft : Architecture, performance, UX. Our UI can't feel like outdated-enterprise software. Make it feel smooth.
• Ship with conviction : Partner with product, CV, and design to launch cohesive features users can't live without.
• Run production : AWS, GCP, Heroku. Deploy it, monitor it, debug it, make it bulletproof.
• Move fast : Prototype in days, iterate with real customers, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.

• Product engineer : You care why we're building, not just how . You have taste. You argue for the user.
