Responsibilities
- Wine tracking duties to include bulk wine movements, material adds, and grape receipts
- Daily work order processing to ensure real time checks and balances for wine production and/or wine movements
- Ensure integrity of data within reporting databases (AS400, departmental spreadsheets, etc.)
- Maintain records, wine transactions, barrel operations, wine analysis, and compositions
- Ensure that all data entry is completed in all harvest-tracking systems
- Reconcile wine compliance database systems (vintrace, PGS, etc)
- Obtain reports of daily delivery, crush analysis, and process of grape crush operations.
- Act as weighmaster during harvest day shift as needed
- Upload, organize and maintain documents in Share Point.
- Follow safe operating procedures, support safety programs and policies to safeguard personal safety, company property, environmental and team member's safety.
- Support site leadership to create a positive working culture
Requirements
- Approximately 1-3 years of administrative, weighmaster background.
- Ability to handle inquiries from multiple sources in a positive and pleasant manner.
- Professional communication skills over the phone, via email, and face-to-face.
- Be highly organized & detail oriented, with focus on follow through.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and in collaborate with teams.
- Ability to work efficiently with appropriate time management and prioritization ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of vintrace a plus
- Desire for personal and professional growth.
- Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit
