The key account logistics specialist is responsible for planning components and FG based on ChrP production scheduling utilizing the standard lean logistics (Bosch Production System) processes. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Entry of customer purchase orders and management of change requests. Planning of procured components and/or finished goods. Releasing and scheduling of production orders to satisfy OEM's demand. Active management of customer complaints including problem resolution and implementing corrective actions. Submittal of formal customer quotes and issuing returns for credit. Management of customer payment disputes and debits. Frequent contact and follow up with customer and sales to guarantee high level of customer satisfaction. Analysis and tracking of key planning parameters, i.e. order changes, inventory levels, premium freight etc. Maintenance of planning and ordering parameters in MRP system. Analysis and follow-up on planning reports, i.e. open order, forecast, inbound receipts, shipments, inventory etc. Expedite and follow-up of in-house production and procured material. Coordination of new product releases with customer and production plant. Monitoring of goods receipts, inventory levels and master production schedule to ensure availability of components and finished goods for customer shipments. Application of CIP methodology to consistently improve planning processes and performance to customers. Maintenance and development of key suppliers.
